7 Things You May Not Know About KHT?
Posted On: 09 Mar 2018
As we mark the 7th anniversary of Knox House Trust today (KHT), we are pleased to raise a toast to celebrate this milestone in our business. Since inception 7 years ago the business has steadily grown, and today is widely recognised as an award-winning licensed corporate services provider offering a global audience of UHNWIs and professional advisers a wide range of corporate and fiduciary services.
If we may allow ourselves a little moment of reflection, it is fair to say that the backbone of our success vastly lies with our people, talented individuals who not only share the goals and ambitions of KHT, but also those of our clients. It is what makes the difference and has definitely helped us to differentiate ourselves from competitors. This coupled with our independence further widens the appeal as it enables us to act more freely and in a much more responsive manner.
Of course we wouldn’t be where we are today, were it not for the ongoing support and loyalty of our highly valued clients and the professional advisers that we work with. Speaking today, Anthony Page (Managing Director) said; “Having been with KHT since inception, I have been able to play an active role in shaping the growth and development of the business and the provision of services offered. Our birthday celebration provides me with the perfect platform to not only thank my hard-working and dedicated team, but also our highly valued clients and the professional intermediaries we work with. We thank them for their support and loyalty over the years, and look forward to nurturing these relations with great care and attention for many years to come.”
As we enjoy this milestone moment, we wanted to share with you 7 things you may not know about KHT:
1: Our people are a diverse bunch of multifaceted individuals:
You may have already come across our team in a professional capacity, but some are equally as busy outside of working hours. Leading by example in terms of promoting the phrase “going the extra mile”, Managing Director, Anthony Page cycled the gruelling 874 miles from Land’s End to John O’Groats for a local Isle of Man children’s charity last year.
Giving something back to the community is important to all the team. Many are involved in charitable organisations, such as Head of Private Clients & Operations, Voirrey Collister who is the Chairperson for the on-island group of UNICEF. Learn more about the team that makes a difference.
2: We adhere to a self-generated set of core values:
We have a fundamental belief in putting clients at the heart of everything we do. It is the focal point of our self-generated core values which the team use on a daily basis. They guide us in how we conduct our business to ensure every single client or adviser feels valued, listened to and can enjoy peace of mind that they are in safe hands.
3: We are Family….
The role of the Family Office is ever-evolving and so is our service offering. We have built up an international network of contacts, and this coupled with our experience of working to exacting requirements enables KHT to offer a wide and varied range of concierge services to support clients.
4: We have group appeal:
Being part of the dynamic Knox group of companies we are able to draw upon the collective strength of the wider group when required, to offer truly bespoke solutions for our clients. Our group partner services include: wealth planning, investment sourcing, property investment, lending and finance and tax advisory.
5: We love Compliance…
The need to ensure your business remains compliant and risk free is crucial in today’s world of uncertainty and the ever-changing compliance landscape. The need to evolve and adapt is vital to success. As such the role of our highly experienced Compliance Advisory and Assurance team has developed accordingly to support these changes.
6: We have been recognised for our innovation:
We strive to keep up-to-date with industry best practices and topical issues to ensure we can continue to craft bespoke and often innovative solutions for clients and their professional advisers. We pride ourselves on our specialist services and personal approach and are extremely grateful to have been recognised for a number of awards and accolades that highlight our expertise, experience and knowledge.
7: Did we mention it is our 7th Birthday today…
