Relevant training will be given. Salary will be dependent upon experience and qualifications. This is a full time permanent role.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Financial Controller and have key responsibilities which will include:
- Ability to book keep from source documents to Trial Balance stage
- Reconciliation of purchase and sales ledgers and reconciliations of all bank accounts
- Processing financial transactions through Sage and other accounting systems
- Processing data through the sales and purchase ledgers from the point of receipt of the invoice to completion of the transaction.
- Process payments through various banking platforms
- Management and control of bank accounts
- General office administration including scanning, filing, photocopying and dealing with post
- Responsibilities will also include main office reception duties
