HM Treasury have confirmed that the Isle of Man’s VAT administration is compliant with UK and EU VAT Law with regards to private jets.

In their recent published review, HM Treasury stated: “The Isle of Man Government has correctly implemented and administered UK and EU VAT law for aircraft and yachts.”  The review completes over a year of investigations by VAT administration experts and reaffirms that the Island’s high regulatory standards make it an attractive jurisdiction for aircraft owners.
