We are currently recruiting for an experienced Trust & Company Administrator to join our busy Family Office team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised individual with good attention to detail, and proven experience preferably within the offshore trust and corporate services sector.
About the role
This role reports to the Family Office Manager and will require the successful candidate to provide a high standard of support and assistance with the management of a varied portfolio of companies & trusts.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Responsibility for all aspects of day to day Trust and Company Administration for a varied client portfolio
- Incorporation of Companies
- Statutory filing work including annual returns
- Opening, Operating and Administration of Bank Accounts
- Preparation of minutes and carrying out administrative tasks
